Do I need to mail my tapes and/or photos?

Nope! Come drop off your tapes and/or photos at our home office in Houghs Neck, Quincy, or we can come to you within a 15 mile radius for a small additional fee.

Will I get my tapes and/or photos back after they’ve been converted?

Yes, all tapes and/or photos will be returned to you along with your new USB drive holding the video/photo files.

How long will it take?

Our average turnaround time is one to two weeks. This could be more or less depending on how many tapes and/or photos you would like to transfer.
