General Information
The digitization process captures the quality of the original media exactly as it is - any issues like spotty video or poor image quality are due to the condition of the original tapes or photos, not the digitization itself. Please note that we do not offer quality enhancement services; materials are digitized in their existing state.
For digitized videos, your files will be named based on what was written on the tapes. If a tape has no label, it will be titled "No Name #". If your photos are grouped when you provide them, we will maintain that organization by placing them in corresponding folders on the USB drive.

Tapes that are under ten minutes long are charged at half price, and there is no charge for blank tapes. ​​

While we take great care in handling and digitizing your materials, Diamond Digitize is not responsible for any damage to original media during the digitization process or handling. Due to the age and condition of many analog formats, there is an inherent risk of deterioration or malfunction, which may occur despite our best efforts.

We recommend you provide duplicates or copies whenever possible, especially for irreplaceable items. By using our services, you agree that you assume all risk and release Diamond Digitize from any liability associated with damage, loss, or degradation of your original media.
